Eduleader has years of experience working in the institutional partnerships area through its Director. Eduleader can work directly with the institutions and follow the eight stages of developing institutional partnerships as key components to deliver on the successful partnerships.
- Assessment of current collaborative activities and networks; identify the strengths and areas of growth.
- Developing a strategy to identify priority regions, disciplines and type of partnerships
- Identifying potential partners and doing due diligence on them
- Holding discussions with partner to understand each other’s institutional priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
- Formalising the discussions through an agreement to include the roles, responsibilities, any funding support and next steps.
- Engage in the collaboration by executing the activities as planned and involve appropriate academic and administrative staff.
- Periodic assessment to review the partnership performance
- Partnership expansion that includes growing the partnership to include more disciplines, people, and activities.

Eduleader will work with you and partner institution to facilitate the development and management of institutional partnerships including doing appropriate due diligence and compliance checks including Defence Trade Control Acts check and Foreign Interference checks.
